Pedro and Fabiola are, among other skills, Medical Missionaries. Harvest Ministries and many other ministers have proven that teaching the public how each person or family can take care of its own health maintenance opens entire villages to the Gospel. People long for the knowledge about how to make good decisions related to their own health. We provide that information through teaching on the Eight Laws of Health. This ministry has a long history of ministry to children and young people which we still honor by reaching out to children in villages, feeding centers, on the streets, and in distant towns. Yet children follow their parents when it comes to lifestyle choices, so we must reach out to the families and the communities in order to keep the children on the path of life that Jesus described in Matthew 7:13, 14. Naturopathic medicine is ministry in its own right because the Gospel is at its core. We teach faith in God and obedience to his word. Jesus is Lord and he is our King.
The food displayed is prepared from healthy ingredients. The staff does not sell products, these lessons teach attendees how to prepare the foods themselves. The point is health education instead of dependence on the Naturopath. Nutrition is one of the health laws that we teach.
