Ministry to the people in the local villages is rewarding. People everywhere need Jesus! Many, if not most of the villages are out of the way of usual commercial routes, so people seldom visit without intending to go there. Commerce is mostly agriculture, making life difficult. Depending on the village, the welcome can be warm or cold, but we are thankful that Pedro and Fabiola have developed a reputation for bringing useful aid and medical attention when they visit.
During this visit, the team is distributing a simple meal and a copy of Romans. The tracts have more impact in areas where the pace of life is slower than in the city.
