Fabiola teaches planting principles

As part of their training as Medical Missionaries, The staff learned how to start seeds and propagate them in a garden or farm. Growing organic, life sustaining food is necessary for maintaining health in today’s poisoned environment. Food is medicine when it is properly applied, but it can be poisonous if it is improperly chosen and prepared. Before the discovery of vitamins and antibiotics, food was successfully applied to patient treatment by physicians who worked with natural medicine. Supplements certainly make the process of maintaining and recovering health much faster and easier than strict diets, rest, hydrotherapy, etc., but they can be abused to the point where they take the place of an active immune system. When this happens, the consumer is at the mercy of a steady supply chain. If the consumer is cut off from the flow of supplements, the immune system is left crippled, requiring time and nutrition to regenerate. Obtaining the best food possible is always a priority.

Fabiola trains her children and some of the children from the neighborhood in the basic techniques of seed planting, transplanting, gardening, etc. Farming requires a keen business mind, great faith, knowledge of the soil, plant varieties, weather, climate, etc. It is complected business. Since the average age of farmers in the west is north of 70, we need more people who know how to grow the plants that we all need to eat. God bless Fabiola and Pedro for their efforts to train future farmers while they plant the seeds of the Gospel into young lives.
