12/16/22 Adolfo has received and installed the equipment into the kitchen that he has been building. It has taken much of his resources, but God has been providing for him and sustaining the work. This kind and scale of kitchen is essential for the expansion and sustainability of his work. The larger a food operation becomes, the more quality control is necessary. We are excited for his ministry, as I have no doubt that the churches in his network are! Food is simple, but it is key to opening the doors to utterance of the Gospel.

Adolfo is building a Blessing Kitchen in Piedras Negras. His main means of getting an audience is through prepared food that he distributes. He does this at feeding centers and on the streets. He is building a kitchen with the capacity of reaching 1,000 people at a time. Of course the kitchen is not a dining area, but the food will be prepared, packaged, then delivered to the mission field. He has ordered a nice grill, range, fryer unit that will accommodate his vision. Simple benevolence has been opening doors for the preaching of the Gospel for many years.
