Adolfo ministers to the workers and locals who make their living at the landfill. Though these adults are not as cute as kids, they are still eternal souls. They were once children, and they probably have children of their own.
This kind of ministry focuses on helping the community work better, which brings favor with the authorities. When we are met with common goals between the Kingdom of God and the government authorities, the Church has the opportunity to evangelize without appearing to be self-serving. As we help the community and the economy to improve, we gain favor, influence, and fresh opportunities to minister light and life into this dark world.
