We finished the Christmas newsletter and it is at the printer for preparation. There was a delay due to an accident a few days before Christmas.
A few days prior to Christmas day, our spry Mom slipped on a floor in a Del Rio store. The fall broke some pelvic bones, so that she was bedfast for about three weeks. There were complications requiring all hands-on-deck. She is recovering nicely, and Cindy can sleep now. I attended a Missions conference in Cleburne during January and came back with a flu, so communications took a back seat for a while. Thank you with all of our hearts! Jesus is Lord!
The support work and the effort to avoid passing the flu to Mom did disrupt our operations, but the staff was able to celebrate Christmas with many thrilled children. Thank you so much for your support. Christmas activities will be published in the posts to follow. We love you.
