One of Adolfo’s success stories is a special young lady who will not be named for privacy reasons. We have permission to tell her story. Adolfo met her six or more years ago and worked with her to teach her the Gospel. She used to dress like a boy, but with the missionary’s encouragement, she has grown to be a lovely young lady. Recently, the ministry team included her in a trip to a Christian concert, where she worshiped Jesus with abandon. This kind of enduring ministry requires partners who recognize the value of doing what it takes to reach and teach those precious souls who are reachable. It requires time, money, effort, skill, prayer, anointing, endurance to stay with the task. Heaven and Hell are realities, and there are no do-overs when life is over. There are so many souls and so few workers. Pray the Lord of the Harvest to send laborers into his harvest for the grain is already ripe and falling to the ground.
She is enrolled in Escuela del Rey, though the teachers are not yet recovered enough to continue teaching. COVID19 devastated the school, but we are praying for a rebirth of the school. We extend our thanks to the special partners who contributed toward official registration for the students. We still have that money set aside, since it is designated, though the school was suspended before credentialing could be done. Please pray with us for the reopening of this special ministry to children in Piedras Negras.
