Bus route for Escuela del Rey

I remember many years of driving the bus route for two of the churches that I was on the staff of. It was quite a job. That was a long time ago for me, but I see that these children are much more enjoyable to load up, teach, and return home than my routes were. Everyone has his own experience, but it delights me to see these children looking forward to spending several hours learning about life and about Jesus. I thank God for teachers who are so talented and dedicated to win the lost and to disciple the next generation in Mexico. What happens in Mexico does matter to the people in the USA. Everywhere Jesus is honored and worshiped, the law of love is practiced. Where the law of love is practiced, prosperity and peace follow. Contented people do not desperately seek to improve their situation. They stay at home and create wealth according to Deuteronomy 8:18. [You shall remember the Lord your God for it is he who gives you power to get [or create] wealth that he may confirm his covenant that he swore to your fathers, as it is this day.]

Adolfo’s team runs a bus route to pick up children and take them to school where they will be educated in a curriculum that is approved by the Mexican Secretary of Education, but they are taught about Jesus. There appears to be no shortage of potential students.

Adolfo helped Tony and his family after the flood three or four years ago in Piedras Negras. This family lives in the same area where the first feeding center was built. He is pictured to the left a few years back. The picture to the right is him today. He is one of the students in this school.

Many of these children will be leaders and influencers in
not too many years. They are worth the investment of time,
love, and the Gospel.

I enjoy seeing the light of life in the eyes of these children. The
deadness of the streets is fading quickly.
