We were thrilled to received such a wonderful response to our project to purchase a pick-up for Adolfo. We had a great need for a pick-up that is strong enough to reliably transport Adolfo and a team into the desert regions of Coahuila, Mexico. He has established mission works in Estasion Marte, Nuevo Yucatan, and Palau. Some of these places are quite distant. He had worn out a van in his evangelistic travels such that it broke down on the way back from Estasion Marte about 300km away from Piedras Negras. The van was repairable, but it would take a lot of money and he had no access to a mechanic on the desert road. He was able to sell the van for about 3,000 which he used along with money that we raised for the project to purchase the fine pick-up that is pictured here. It is a 2017 F150 with 140,000 miles. It has several years worth of use left in it. Better yet, it is stout enough to endure the desert dirt/rock roads!
