Adolfo’s team is taking advantage of the openness to the Gospel that is being created by the increase in misery due to the economic conditions in Mexico. I have my opinions, but they do not matter much (aren’t we all glad for that!). But the financial pressure and the flow of immigration is making life difficult for both the people of Northern Mexico and the immigrants. Hunger, illness, and necessity open doors that would have remained closed otherwise. Jesus is at work even though inflation and supply chain shortages are disrupting the lives of everyone but the most powerful. Adolfo’s team is ministering throughout Piedras Negras, neighborhood at a time, ministering the Gospel and giving benevolence to those who need their help. It is Adofo’s policy to develop relationships with the people by keeping contact and knowing them. This helps greatly as he prays with these precious people and brings the Gospel to them. These pictures were taken before Adolfo received money to purchase a new van. The van pictured below is borrowed.
Some of these families are school children who are waiting to return to Escuela del Rey. Please help us pray for the recovery of the teachers. Others have been seeing Adolfo even before the school opened. They are so happy to find that someone cares about what happens to them. Jesus loves them, but it is important for them to know that we love them too. All souls matter!
